Dont eat in a rush because you'll be mad it's gone . Havent really found the same flavor in other restaurants like this one "

"Chicharron De Pollo / Fried Chicken Chunk was not good day. It wasn't even fried properly, chicken had no color, chicken was very big. Only 4 pieces of un fried chicken. Paid so much for a large and got medium plate. Do better! last year food was delicious. Pastelito De Res / Beef Pastelito was very dry, not the first time. Extremely flavorful and tender drumsticks, everything cooked and seasoned to perfection, not too salty.
I will 100% be ordering here often from now on. Merci!"
"They must've hired a new cook or something because this food tasted awful and nothing like what I'm used to from this restaurant. Creole Chicken / Sòs Poul Di tasted old and it was so dry.

"My food was amazing as usual! The black rice was delicious, the chicken is seasoned to the bone, the Mac and cheese is amazing hot or cold and the Pikliz is my favorite! "The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is unacceptable to pay for food that does not meet even the most basic standards. This was my first and last time ordering from this place"

"the pork belly is good but the rice and beans they got over here are amazing. I only used half the cup to get the results shown in my picture."
"The empanadas are undercooked.
The Stewed Beef - Carne de Res Guisada was nice and soft but they only give you 2 pieces.. ridiculous.
The Friend Chicken Strips - PECHURINAS we under cooked. I ordered a medium and received 5 small chicken strips. If you would even consider that a strip.
Over priced. Quality is mids.
They sent the wrong beans
Will not be ordering again. "

"i got the Cheese Dip W/ Chips and the cheese is so good and authentic, i also got one of the QuesaBirria (1) and i see why it was 6.50! the portions are plentiful! worth every penny so so good i will definitely be ordering from here again!"
"Had to get the Cheese Dip W/ Chips again it's something we order every time and will continue to get. Steak Burrito was so big and filling...added the pickled onions which kicked up the flavor! My daughter's Kids Cheese Quesadilla was more than enough for her, with refried beans in it...made for a tasty meal. Carnitas taco was a delicious added treat"

"The oxtail is always tender & the Rasta Pasta is always sweet yet spicy. Delicious & worth the money. I appreciate the fact they take pride in the presentation of their dishes. My plate is always made with care and food prepared/taste is always consistent. I just wish there was an additional/extra meat option."

"The food here is amazing and I'm totally hooked on this chinola juice!! The tender and savory beef and chicken combination with the bifongo is just mouth watering! It's a bit greasy, but sooooo worth it. Give it a try!"

"Taste was immaculate! Was looking to try Elote Loco, Platano Frito 1 Pc, and Horchata for the first time and La Oaxaquena did not disappoint, all of it had great flavor and portion for the price, would order again anytime! On nice option would be for a thinner crispy fried plantain. Ty for an amazing meal! *****"
"The tacos were great but the item is labeled "tacos" plural which is misleading considering they only send you one taco. The Gordita was also delicious but the same issue persists. 4.79 for a single taco and 6.58 for a Gordita is ridiculous."

"The Quesabirria Tacos are delicious and crispy with the crunch of a hard taco but not the mess. I've had the Chocolate Nutella milkshake twice and it's very good. I like how the packaging is neat and easy to dispose of. "
"I love the food from La Mesa, whether in person or ordering it from home. The Birria Happy Meal is my favorite thing to get. The Birria tacos are always so flavorful and fresh, as well as the consume that comes with it. You can't go wrong with the wings and fries. The churros are my least favorite aspect of the meal since the texture can be a little inconsistent, but the overall meal is delicious."

"Queso Con Loroco Pupusa and 1 Quesabirria Taco were very good and tasted authentic ! I Will defi be back to try more options "
"Their fajita plates are not worth 20 dollars. The last few times I've ordered from here they give you a very small amount of rice not enough to truly enjoy your 20-25 dollar plate. One time they even forgot to give me my beans. And the meat to peppers ratio is almost embarrassing, they put way too many peppers with very little meat. The flavor is there and good but they are very much so skimping the food on their plates. "

"Love the food, though the brigadeiro is too expensive for its size. "
"The feijoada completa from Muqueca has become a Friday tradition for me. At a time when the other Brazilian restaurants from the Boston area have let me down, Muqueca still has consistently excellent food. The fried chicken meal with rice and beans is really good and a friend liked the pork chop meal. The only disappointment was the $13 house salad. The food is so fresh and tasty on Fridays. I do not know about the weekend. As long as it is this good I will continue ordering from them. Portions are generous as well. "
