"The napkins and fork for included. I got walnut honey shrimp , chow mein, orange chicken and black pepper chicken on a big plate. It was delicious to me and good portion size. The noodles come dry so be aware of that. I asked for sauces on the side to juice up my noodles. This location has sweet and sour packets and mandarin terriyaki packets . I used the mandarin terriyaki on my noodles. You might need to warm it up again too but other than that very good. Also for those who dont like their food to touch this might not be the best plate for you lol . :-) "

First time ordering with DoorDash from them, and they perfectly separated out the pieces of the dish (pork & lite veggies, sauce, and steamed rice) separated in their own containers to not get soggy and control the amount of sauce. Egg Drop Soup is always a classic and not over salted, and the (pork steamed) Dumplings were all eaten by my mother (we were supposed to share) and I can safely say they were yummy according to her. All items were tasty, and the only distracting item were the Crab Rangoons (6 Pcs) that were more sweet than savory, but still tasty!"

"This is my go to spot. They honor the notes to a T. The food is always good and fresh. If I'm ever indecisive on what to get, this is my safe place. Small fried rice can last me two meals. Large can last 3-4, with a full plate. And bbq tips, are sauced up. Definitely worth the price every time!"

The Mala Soup Dumplings [6] (Spicy Pork) 麻辣豬肉小籠包 were near flavorless, not spicy at all, and half of them were so stuck to the paper in the container, that they ripped open when I picked them up with my chopsticks.

"Absolutely delicious! We like other Peter Chang-owned restaurants and this one is great, too! The Homestyle Stir-Fried Pork Belly was amazing - tender, beautifully spiced and a generous portion. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"

The shredded beef with peppers had far more peppers than beef, which threw off the balance of the dish. Overall, both dishes lacked flavor. "TheSautéed Steak Chunk with Black Pepper Sauce didn't have sauce, just a coating of pepper and other spices. The dish was superb - very tender and full of flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.
We will definitely be ordering again. We are so happy they are now available to us in DC."

"The chicken with broccoli was a very generous portion with crispy, broccoli and tender chicken. The sauce, even with a little soy sauce was on the bland side. The eggroll was delicious, crispy, and again, generous. I only wish there was more duck sauce. An egg roll that size needs at least 2 to 3 packets. I ordered the extra soups for tomorrow so I did not taste them, but again the portions even the small orderare generous. I will definitely order from brother Chinese again, but I will ask for extra duck sauce and will try something different."

"The pork burger was excellent and definitely worth recommending. However, the rest was very disappointing. Especially for the Dry Hot Pot, nearly $20 for a portion that filled only about 1/3 of the container, and it looks more like leftovers than a freshly prepared dish.
I ordered 4 entrees + 3 pork burgers + 2 drinks, but only received one pair of chopsticks, which was quite awkward when eating with friends.
Highly recommend the pork burger, but not the other dishes, especially the Dry Hot Pot."
