Também acho que usar um fatiador para cebola e tomate deixaria as fatias mais uniformes — a cebola roxa e o tomate estavam um pouco grossos, o que acabou interferindo um pouco na harmonia do lanche. Com cortes mais padronizados, o sabor ficaria ainda mais equilibrado.

I’ve been trying for a few days to find my favorite burger in DC, and so far, out of the 5 places I’ve tried, this one was the best. Very flavorful, great sauces, and the meat was cooked exactly as I requested!
I’d just suggest a couple of small improvements to make it even better: the lettuce on the bottom tends to get soggy, so placing it on top might help with texture. Also, using a slicer for the onion and tomato could make the slices more uniform — the red onion and tomato were a bit thick, which slightly affected the overall balance of the burger. With more consistent slices, the flavors would be even better balanced.

Just to make you aware this is not a place where you think you can place an order and it will be ready in about 5 to 10 minutes. You will be waiting about 20 minutes and up for your order especially if you order multiple items. So this is not a quick lunch break or stop even if you're craving something sweet. This is something where you wanna make sure you have about at least a free hour. But besides the time crunch, it's very delicious. I got the Oreo churros, which is pretty much nine churros that is topped with Oreo pieces and whipped cream. I feel like it would be better if they mix the whip cream in the Oreo pieces and fill them so it would be a stuffed churro stick, but it's still pretty good. Also nine pieces for decent size churro stick isn't that bad of a deal? I also got the big cookie peach cobbler which isn't that bad it's really one big personal size cookie topped with peach cobbler. I like it. It's a really different concept and it was also pretty good especially when it's warm and fresh. Again I highly recommend this place. The only issue in problem is the wait time, waiting for good food is really not that bad of a deal"
