"We ordered two of the Pho Supreme. It was just okay overall. The soup had good flavor and the noodles were cooked just right for takeout. However, we were displeased with the lack of garnishes—don't expect the usual generous bag of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños you get from traditional pho spots. The meat portions were also plentiful in some ways (e.g., the eyeround and brisket) but small in others (e.g., there was only one piece of oxtail in each order, and one was incredibly tiny). The "to go" packaging was decent, but like other reviewers, we experienced some leaking of soup. I think this is due to the use of compostable lids - fair tradeoff all things considered."

" Springtime Roll Solstice - spring rolls were good and hit the spot. I assume the rest is ment to be tost together in some kind of noodle salad? And ment to justify the $20 charge for 5 rolls? There is half a container on noodles and the other half filled with vegetables so in that sence there is a large amout of food. The disappointing thing was that the rolls were placed on topof the noodles and veggies making half of each side soggy instead of crunchy.
Chicken Pho-rtune - can be sum up by saying "bland" If youre sick or have a picky eater this may be just what you need but all the flavor comes from adding sriracha, oyster sauce, or salt even. The noodles and chicken are in a separate bowl from the broth which is not inmy helpful for dividing portions but keeps the noodles from getting mushy. The noodles do stick to hard but as soonas you ad the broth they easily start separating on their own without any effort. I added the egg and I shouldve known better since it was hard instead of runny. "

"I ordered through DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. The grilled pork vermicelli (bún thịt nướng) x1 was poorly made—the pork was burnt, blackened, and tasted bitter. It was dry and not enjoyable at all. The fish sauce was also very bland and lacked flavor.
The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
