"Very mixed bag; weirdly it seemed like the items that were the hardest to prepare were better than the things that should have been basic. There wasn't nearly enough chicken for the price, and while it was flavorful it was also very dry and a bit burnt tasting. The "vegetables" were two wedges of onion and one of tomato. The pita bread was cardboard-like and inedible. But here's the good news: the salad was excellent, very fresh and redolent of red wine vinegar and herbs. The hummus was wonderful and obviously house made with good olive oil. The rice was warm and flavorful. The fries probably came out of the freezer but they were fried and seasoned well. I might order from here again but next time I'll try the falafel or the lamb instead of the chicken."

It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "
