"Overall the food was not bad, there were a few areas needing improvement,
First, The Pizzas were not cut well, and we had to tear the slices apart. Because of this, the cheese and toppings slid off the crust. Overall, the pizza sauce lacked flavor, and the crust was rather chewy like it had been reheated in a microwave. We've ordered from here many times, and it hasn't been that way for previous orders so it was a bit confusing.
The Caprese had more tomatoes than slices of mozzarella, and did not come with the olive oil we had received previously.
The Bavarian Pretzel was good, but the Garlic Flatbread was pretty bland, had no garlic flavor, and no dipping sauce.
In terms of the desserts the Cookie Dough Mashup Cake had something in it that tasted sour, its not described on the menu so I don't know what it was. The sour taste was distracting to the overall flavor of the cake, which was otherwise okay. The Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cake was ok, not spectacular but not bad.
Overall, it was very average, nothing spectacular, and a little on the pricy side for the quality we recieved. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and those experiences were significantly better. I don't think this place is bad generally, and I wouldn't write off coming here based on this one experience, I would still generally recommend it to people, but I think they could use better quality control and consistency."

"Guys I have been coming here for a long time and lately the quality is not been great. The kitchen looks horrible and leaves one's mind wandering. This recent purchase we were excited to take the platter home, but when we opened it everything was stuck together. The batter was not sticking and oil was just throughout. All the fries were on the bottom and soggy. I couldn't believe I wasted $78 dollars for this. Maybe it's a staff issue but when people want to take out I would suggest seperating the fish from the fries and show more consideration for us taking food out. Let the fried food drip to dry a little before throwing it all together. I don't know. I will be back cause I do love the food I was just very disappointed."
