That means unpretentious yet carefully crafted pizzas, plates of fried cauliflower, and burrata with mushroom-truffle honey. There are nine pizzas to choose from, including a hot salami, prosciutto di Parma, and carbonara. Topped with mozzarella, pecorino, bacon, two eggs, and cracked black pepper, it pairs perfectly with the arugula and fennel salad for a simple, nourishing meal.
