Mici's handcrafted pizzas start with family-recipe dough (flour, salt, water, yeast and a touch of sugar), proofed at least 48 hrs, then baked directly on a hot stone for a crisp outside and chewy middle. Pro Tip: Stone-baked pizzas are best enjoyed fresh from our commercial oven. For an enhanced experience at home, preheat your oven to 350°F with a cookie sheet upside-down on the rack. Place slices directly on the hot sheet and bake 3–4 minutes to restore that authentic crisp.
