Got the Chicken Tikka Masala spicy the first time I ordered and was not physically or emotionally prepared for what I did to my body. "The food is good, but the customer service is consistently poor. We regularly order two full meals, yet they only provide one container of rice. Even when we specifically ask for two separate containers while placing the order, they never do it. This most recent visit was especially frustrating. When we asked again for the second rice container (which we had already requested), the employee gave us a hard time and essentially told us that if we weren’t going to pay extra, we could leave. He was also unable to clearly explain why two orders are automatically combined into one. We feel overcharged because we’re paying for two full meals but consistently receiving the sides for only one. Be aware of the unprofessional attitudes and practices like this. It’s disappointing because the food itself is good, but the service makes it hard to keep coming back"

"I recently ordered the smoke butter chicken, rice, naan bread, and angoori gulab jamun from Aarzu, and I must say, it was one of the best Indian food experiences I've had. The smoke butter chicken was incredibly flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken smothered in a rich and aromatic sauce. The rice and naan bread were the perfect accompaniments, providing a delightful balance to the dish. While the main course left a lasting impression, I found the angoori gulab jamun to be a bit underwhelming. The texture of the gulab jamun was fine, but the flavor fell short compared to the other dishes. It lacked the sweetness and essence that I typically associate with this traditional Indian dessert. It would be great if they could enhance the taste of their angoori gulab jamun to match the excellence of their other offerings. Overall, Aarzu delivered an exceptional Indian food experience with their smoke butter chicken, rice, and naan bread. The flavors were rich, the portions were generous, and it was evident that care was taken in preparing the meal. I would highly recommend their dishes, but perhaps suggest exploring other dessert options on their menu. "
