I ended up adding more milk to it to make it just right. I ordered it with an additional egg added and I ordered them over medium so that in case it did seem dry to my personal tastebuds that I would have some moisture with the eggs, but as you can see it's over hard eggs. The bacon was good, came off more like an uncured bacon rather than salty crispy bacon. I like both bacons so I was happy with that. Also the Gruyère cheese wasn't tasty, it was very thin and I can say that there is over a 70% it wasn't Gruyère, due to melted texture and taste, but it was so questionable that I give it a chance that I may be incorrect. The tomato sauce/salsa or whatever they are calling it was very mild and did not add to the flavor or moisture factor at all, there was barely any on mine. The bun was very soft, toasted perfectly and melt in your mouth fresh. I would certainly order from this place again, I think that they have quality ingredients just bad execution. Definitely a different dish and possibly avoid buying anything with an over medium egg."
