However, we were displeased with the lack of garnishes—don't expect the usual generous bag of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños you get from traditional pho spots. There is half a container on noodles and the other half filled with vegetables so in that sence there is a large amout of food. The disappointing thing was that the rolls were placed on topof the noodles and veggies making half of each side soggy instead of crunchy. Chicken Pho-rtune - can be sum up by saying "bland" If youre sick or have a picky eater this may be just what you need but all the flavor comes from adding sriracha, oyster sauce, or salt even. The noodles and chicken are in a separate bowl from the broth which is not inmy helpful for dividing portions but keeps the noodles from getting mushy. The noodles do stick to hard but as soonas you ad the broth they easily start separating on their own without any effort. I added the egg and I shouldve known better since it was hard instead of runny. "

I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served. When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."
