Otherwise usually not bad, but not great. The food is generally warm and tasty, if not a bit dry. The fried items are literally never particularly crispy or fresh though. I guess flaccid French toast and mildly undercooked hash browns are just what we're expected to expect from a chain like this.
In general, it satisfies the craving, but they definitely make it a pain in the wallet with burger prices usually more than twice the cost of an In-N-Out Double-Double "

Ended up cooking it longer myself. Today was suppose to be my lazy day..lol. But that's not all. One piece slice is smaller than the other. I that sounds silly. Might not be a big deal to some people. But if I'm paying $8.60 for a slice, I deserve my $ worth. The one on the left is the right size. I've been a customer there for a long long time.
