This is a problem as there is no way to note allergies on the app. The only thing that saved the experience was the Dasher going above and beyond to communicate with the restaurant for me. "All four cookies were undercooked. The entire center of the cookie, except for the edges was cookie dough. The "everything cookies" (two thin wafer like cookies with thin layer of cream cheese...hence supposed to be crispy) were so undercooked I couldn't pick them up without the falling apart. Also, I ordered three of the everything cookies, but instead of sending three they sent a random cookie I didn't order and a coupon for a free cookie. Unfortunately, they placed the coupon half under the random cookie, so it's a greasy, illegible, icing covered mess that had to go in the trash. I will be bringing the box of uneaten cookies into their store tomorrow bc this is pathetic. If I spend $30 on cookies, they should at least show up baked. "
