I asked them to seal the boxes and they did. A business that follows my instructions goes a long way with me. The boston cream (the round version of eclair) was excellent. The cinnamon rolls are almost perfect but they add too much cinnamon but the difference between their cinnamon rolls is that the cinnamon saturation is in the very middle so I just ate around it and threw the middle away. If they didn't put so much cinnamon in the middle they would be perfect traditional cinnamon roll but the Boston cream are spot on perfection. They definitely will get future business from me."
