The hush puppies are delicious but we didn't receive the dipping sauce they were supposed to come with. The chicken was very good, tender and good flavor. The pulled pork sandwich came on Texas toast instead of the bun it was supposed to come on and there was no sauce but the flavor was good and it was a BIG sandwich. The corn side was okay but I couldn't eat the baked beans. They were terrible and had a sour kind of taste. My husband hasn't tried the coleslaw yet but hopefully it will be good. "When I see Wagyu Beef Sliders on the menu, I think super juicy, medrare richness. Sadly they definitely weren't made with Wagyu, and they were incredibly overcooked and dry, and little to no grilled onions, which would have helped the dryness of the overcooked meat. I understand that the meat can continue to cook once it's removed from the heat, but this was just disrespectful to the ingredients regardless of it being USDA prime or wagyu. I did change my side for an extra two bucks to vegetables with ranch, but 5 dry slicked carrots and 4 celery sticks are a bit silly to charge for. This is my first experience with Spring Street, and I'll dare a chance to order again probably, but it will definitely be a visit and not carry out to see if this was a fluke.
