They may have added extra hot sauce to their mild sauce. Or, maybe they gave me honey hot sauce by mistake. So, when putting in your order, tell them to make sure they give you mild sauce. "Burgers are delicious and large in size. When my eyes laid upon it, it instantly sparked my palletes curiosity, from the first bite i could tell the meat was of substance and good quality, the pickles were of the large size so i could feel the crunch and taste in every single bite, the balance between the ketchup and mustard was also not too much or too little but just right, its a good thing the proportion is of a generous size so that i could enjoy it while it lasted. As for the fryes, they are satisfactory and plentiful, so not much to complain about as they did the job. Unfortunately I was let down and heartbroken by the advertised size of their cookie as it was marked as "Jumbo", as I excitedly dug into the bag my heart dropped as my fingers curled around the cookie - that's when I knew, that was no Jumbo sized cookie, and as I took the cookie out and it was revealed upon me, the cookie seemed to be more of a "Big" sized cookie rather than "Jumbo. Sadly, it was 1in away in radius"

"You'd expect some bbq sauce when ordering 2 Trio Sampler platters. There was not an option to add any sauce without paying for it on the DoorDash app. I figured they'd pack some considering we ordered 2 platters with 3 different meats, but there wasn't any sauce at all. That was very disappointing. We've eaten there back in December and they offered us sauces with our meal without an upcharge. We thought the food and sauce was great. The chicken was so delicious and juicy, it actually sat in juices when it was served to us. Tonight however the chicken was extremely, extremely dry (with no sauce to put on it.) I was only given 2 strips of the brisket while my husband got 3. It was very good though. The pulled pork was also good but again, no BBQ sauce. The Cilantro Red Potato Salad was really just red potatoes and lots of mayo, no cilantro, no flavor. My husband and both agreed this place has definitely lost a step or two since we dined there. He couldnt even eat his potato salad that we ordered extra from the platter. "
