Not a little burned but completely BLACK burned on the backside. My 12 pack of cinnamon delights were all rock hard also. I called to speak with the night manager to see could I maybe have my order redone correctly and He answered the phone with an attitude saying "what do you want and before you ask, no you can't have my name". I just hung up bc I felt disrespected because I came in a very respectful manner even though my food was poor. I am so very upset with this visit and Level of customer service that I received tonight. I spends hundreds here yearly and tonight's service was absolutely unacceptable."
