However, it was served with this steak in foil and a SMALL piece of sourdough bread. NOTHING else (for $20). I ordered sweet potato fries as the side. It came with the fries and some onion rings. (OK - no big deal). The breaded mushrooms ($14) are overcooked - they look burnt and are inedible! I called the manager - spoke with Adam. His reply, "the sandwich comes open-faced". I replied, I understand that, but there are no additional toppings - just the few steak bites (about 8 pieces) and a small piece of bread! NOTHING else. He said, "thanks for letting me know - I'll let DoorDash know to update the site to not include the options to customize. Have a good night." He then hung up. NOTHING else - didn't even try to offer a solution or any type of customer service! I don't know - I have never wrote any type of review like this - but I felt it is important to let others know that this place and the management don't really seem to be concerned about the quality of their food or having any type of repeat customers.
