"My order contained hot and room temperature food items, along with 2 Venti Hot Chocolate cups. I stupidly thought that someone had put the hot food in with the hot chocolate to make the packaging appropriate for two bags. Instead, they had my room temperature Chocolate Cake Pop melting against my hot chocolate. I asked for a packet of honey to go with the $8 hot chocolate and didn't receive it. I wish they would either stop offering it or add the charge for it and provide it -- but they can't ever manage to do it. I get either a different milk or a protein that brings the hot chocolate venti to that price. It is very easy to "build" a $10-15 beverage with all of the optional ingredients. But it is not easy to find any good hot chocolate that you can modify, so they've got the market. I'm not looking for hot, clumps of powder or disgusting marshmallows. The options here are pretty great for customizing an already good hot chocolate (but you can get protein, add in flavors, and create some amazing combos for yourself!). I hadn't attempted to order a lunch sandwich at 8am before but was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to deliver the Ham & Swiss on Baguette. It was a nice change from eggs and definitely worth ordering again. The Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes are a good option too. I like a little potato but it is very difficult to find any that aren't fried. They have a good flavor, consist in seasoning and preparation every time I've had them. Overall , I like the breakfast options here, although they are more expensive. This is my treat for starting those days where you know it is going to be a long one. The Chocolate Cake Pop or the Chocolate Pistachio Loaf will be my reward at the end of day. Worthy indulgence."
