Their pizza isn't technically Celiac-safe because it is made in a shared oven, but their GF crusts are in their own pans, and they are FABULOUS! For me personally it's well worth the activated charcoal to ward off any reaction to cross-contamination. Their regular pizza is also awesome (from what I remember prior to being diagnosed). They are a small, family-owned restaurant that takes pride in being respectful to their customers and making quality food.
