The Lumberjack Skillet was substantial. The other half of it will be a late lunch later today. Diced potatoes, mushrooms, onions, meat, & sausage gravy topped with eggs. Oh & that homemade toast is great.
The Blintz was ordered for a 1 year old. Neither of us have tried blintz before, but I was pleasantly surprised. A little sweet, but not overwhelming. The toddler doesn't like pancakes so this was a nice option, plus the child loves cottage cheese so some of the bites, only the filling was eaten. It came with 3 blintz and we chose banana as the fruit topping (other options available)."
