"Very much a Roman-style pizza Pepperoni and Sausage (Large) was amazing, seasoned beautifully with the sausage having a snap and the bread having a nice sourness from it being proofed for 72 hours.
Truffle Porcini (Large) felt it could add a tad bit more salt, but I see it was meant more for the umami of the porcini with the truffle that they used. The truffles were not overpowering, well balanced.
Will come again, may want to consider a smaller size instead of a large for two people. Unless you are feeding 6 people, a large will be enough."
