The Garlicky Shrimp Pasta is TERRIBLE; it comes with three large overcooked frozen flavorless shrimp and the noodles are dry & bland. The Handcrafted Brussels Sprouts are soaked in bacon grease; I ordered them with NO BACON but the request was ignored. The salad that was included was old, chopped lettuce. The garlic bread had no garlic flavor or butter, it was just plain grilled bread. The raspberry tea tasted like watered down syrup.
If you want GOOD food I recommend going to Caruso's! Their seafood and pasta is actually fresh with amazing flavor. "

"When Culver's first came to the area, their food and service were very impressive. Lately, however, the quality has been dipping.
For example, the burgers used to come nicely wrapped with paper so they could be eaten without making a mess. The store no longer does that, so be prepared with a lot of napkins.
They used to carefully pack the food in the bags, making sure not to overload them. The last two times we ordered, the bags were haphazardly stuffed full; this time, stuffed so full that the fries spilled everywhere and grease from the unwrapped burger spilled all over the bag, causing it to disintegrate.
Even worse, the last order didn't include the most expensive item, a gluten-free burger, which, despite getting DoorDash credit, still cost us an additional $15 to replace after factoring in DD fees and the new driver's tip.
Culver's needs to take a good, long look at the management of this location before the quality dips any further."
