"I am 69 years old and this is my ffirst experience with Arbys. The curly fries are cold and hard and not good. I requested that cheese not be placed on my sandwich. There was cheese on my sandwich. Now the sandwich was very good (Hawaiian Delux Fish Sandwich). If that fish would have been hot, straight out of the fryer it would have been one of the top 3 fish sandwiches that I've ever eaten in my life....but it was luke warm. They really need to replace those curly fries with regular fries. When those curly fries are cold and hard like that...they are terrible. I think that I just might give Arbys 1 more shot before writing them off completely. I would purchase that fish sandwich every day.....hot."
