"We were from out of town and thought we give this restaurant a try since it had high ratings. We were extremely disappointed in the 19C. Spicy Duck Salad , 18. Beef Salad (Yum Nuea) , 33. Phad Thai Noodle and the steamed rice. The Duck Salad had like maybe 6 pieces of thinly sliced Duck breast and the beef was the same. Both dishes sat on a huge pile of cabbages and shredded carrots. The flavors were not good either. The steamed rice was hard and tasted undercooked. The 43. Spicy Green Curry was good but had only 4 shrimps in it. With the amount of the dish, I figured I at least get 6-8 shrimps but nope. Do not recommend this restaurant!"

"Overcooked meat, way too much rice in the cucumber roll. Unappealing unseasoned boiled or steamed veggies. Overall it tasted okay though. I wouldn't throw it out and I don't think many would but spending $25 for overcooked meat and pallid vegetables was kinda disappointing. "
