"“I was really craving Indian food one day, but sadly, there aren’t many Indian restaurants in Watsonville. Thank GOD I discovered this wonderful gem seemingly in the middle of nowhere. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, as there were few to no reviews available for the restaurant, but I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, that was the best decision I made all month because the food was incredible. I can hardly put into words how good it was!
I loved the complimentary rose tea drink; it had a delicious hint of floral fragrance, combined with a slight acidity from the lemon juice. It was perfect!
The samosas were perfectly seasoned, the roti was deliciously buttery and flaky, and enhanced the flavors of the potatoes and peas very nicely. The spices were amazing!
The mango lassi was silky smooth, and the mango flavor tasted very fresh—just creamy goodness! 😋
I ordered the Garbanzo Masala Naan wrap, and it was the second-best takeout item I've ever had, only slightly behind the samosas. The garbanzos were cooked to perfection and paired with the thin, slightly aromatic rice. Once again, everything was seasoned to perfection, all while being wrapped in a fresh naan. I cannot recommend this place enough! Next time, I’ll be sure to order chutney since I forgot this time lol “"
