"The kolaches were burnt (dough part). They are usually extremely soft and golden in color. The dozen that were delivered were dark brown all the way around and hard (crunchy). One of the kolaches was black on the bottom. For the price (almost $40) it's disappointing those were actually sold to costumers. Glazed Donuts were slimy and looked as if they were days old. We've been going to Shipleys all our lives and NEVER had such a bad experience with the kolaches or glazed donuts. Maybe the location is the problem... either way super we're disappointed. "

"In the Photo it looked as if it were 24 oz but it really looked like 14-16 oz. Also, not only was it alot smaller than I expected, it was PACKED with strawberries and the pistachio kunafa was not it at all, I tried many other places and this is honestly one of the worst ones ive tried.. and one more thing, on the picture it has a lot of designs and toppings near the lid but mine looked very rushed and didn't have that extra dallap of 'kunafa'. I finished it very quickly too and I have to say, this is definitely not worth 20 bucks. There are many better resteranuts to get this viral cup, so I suggest you to not waste your time. "
