The only downside is the cost of things.... but I know that costs of everything has gone way up so there's nothing that can be done about that. I'll still be reordering them both. I can understand the need to keep your main dish prices competitive with other businesses, but you rob yourselves of your winning edge by gouging your customers over small extras. "My order was missing a burger. I went in and was initially told it would take 10 minutes to remake the order. When I expressed my concern if the other food getting cold before the burger was done there were able to have them make it right away. Unfortunately my order was not relayed correctly to the cook and it came with lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. I asked to have pickles added. ... there were no pickles. Also when I got home 12 minutes later the freshly made burger had the bottom bun coated in grease. Also I'm assuming they ran out of straws because my milkshakes came with 2 regular sized straws and I was unable to drink my milkshake as those straws were completely inadequate. I ended up needing to eat my milkshake with a spoon."
