"Disappointed in the size cut and the price hike. Typical for everyone lately, but taking 2 inches off the length yet charging $4 for the reduction is just wrong. I won’t be back not do I recommend you anymore. "

"I don't want this to be considered a bad review. It wasn't bad by any means. The chicken was good and plentiful. The sauce was heavy handed, I'll remember to do easy sauce in the future. no biggy. Spinach was clean and crisp. I appreciated that. Needed mah veggies. The cucumbers, however, were not something I would serve someone in a restaurant. They were soft, floppy, and incredibly wet. Ya gotta remember, that's a fruit. I would honestly rather a little note in my bag stating that you're out of cucumbers. Also, thanks for the extra cookie. That would be the perfect thing to throw in a customers bag as a placation for having to leave something out of their order due to quality or stock issues. You could even write it on the sandwich paper. "Sorry, no cucumbers. Have cookie." 90% of people will be immediately placated. The other 10% were gonna complain, hoping to get free stuff either way. Anyways, it wasn't bad. I enjoyed my sandwich after i picked the cucumbers off."

"Ordered The Classic and Jalapeño Poppers. Food arrived perfectly hot and not soggy at all. Impressive since burgers and battered/fried things usually show up sub par from most places when delivered. My burger was perfectly constructed, not all messy and smashed like fast food places. Poppers were crispy and flavorful. Fat Shack does it right.
