"My CENTER-CUT SIRLOIN STEAK was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had no trouble cutting it with my platic knife. It was well seasoned. It definitely did not need any of the sauces offered. That being said, the pesto was AMAZING. I love pesto and theirs is SO good! I found myself wishing I had some bread to dip in it. The street corn side was delicious. It was plenty spicy and a generous portion. The broccoli side had sun dried tomatoes and I think it was steamed. The broccoli didn't have any other seasoning but was well cooked. My husband had the SALMON BOWL. It had a great tangy flavor and his salmon was perfectly cooked. We shared the carrot cake. I prefer a cream cheese frosting and a little denser CARROT CAKE.
