"let me start by saying we've had Zeppe's DoorDashed before, and everything was great. But this time, I decided to get a smaller pizza, that was under cooked and a bit of a mess in the box, and spend $15 on a Bavarian Pretzel . My Dasher let me know they no longer carried it, so they subbed a big chocolate chip cookie? So I went from an app to a desert, that seemed on the burnt side. We ate 4 little pieces of a 9" pizza (about 12 bites of food), and the rest was tossed away. Even tried to crisp the pizza up, but it was so thin and soggy it wouldn't work. I could even overlook that, sometimes a pizza just doesn't cook right, and really it was one "off" pizza after years of good ones. But getting the Bavarian Pretzel replaced with a cookie, when it could have been wings or anything else, really seems like it was because it was the item with the next largest profit margin. 2 days later and it's still on the menu"
