But it's really disappointing when you order a 14" Pepperoni Pizza for delivery and specifically add the Parmesan Packet and Red Pepper Packet selections to your order (which is appreciated as an option for online delivery orders) but do not receive any packets. I would understand not following the exact number somebody asks for but what kind of pizza restaurant doesn't send Parmesan Packet and Red Pepper Packet with a 14" Pepperoni Pizza delivery? ESPECIALLY when it was requested in the order. SMH. Hopefully they can do better next time because this is my favorite pizza of all time "
