Authentic ramen isn't over saturated, this was... could've settled for 7-11 ramen if I wanted all the sodium. The portion was large, noodles firm, good fare for a college student. If your adulting try the Ramen in Slo. And the cook placed a few pieces of beef at the bottom of my bowl when I ordered Tonkotsu pork. It wasn't pleasant, it was tough and nothing like the fatty pork cuts."
