We fold tons of Nutella into the base of this soft and chewy cookie and mix in some semisweet chocolate chips. Then we stuff the cookie with a Nutella filling and drizzle it with chocolate and finish it with a sprinkle of hazelnut.
It's perfect the way it is but it's even better in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees or 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
