Mistakes happen, but the lack of service when I called the store was frustrating. The person who answered the phone told me that they personally made my sandwich and it had turkey on it. When I repeated it didn't, he offered to remake it but repeated he was sure there was turkey on the sandwich and was clearly annoyed. I was uncomfortable with his annoyed response to the point that I was concered about how they would handle the replacement sandwich. I declined the offer. "Ordered a personal and a medium, which both had two totally different dough and crust types. The personal was normal airy light with a little crunch. The mediums crust was old felt reheated on the fly , toppings to match . No taste pepperoni , mushrooms or the sausage. How does the personal pan have what they are known for and the medium doesn't is beyond me. However this is fourth pizza and my family is done."
