"I used to love ordering from here, it was my favorite store, but my past 3 orders have had issues, so unfortunately I'm done. If you're ordering a chicken salad, don't waste your money. It's ALL lettuce with a teaspoon of tomatoes and not even 4 dime size pieces of chicken. I've even requested that they please put more chicken in it & they've ignored me. They put quarter size portions of everything that's NOT lettuce off to the side. No one wants a lettuce salad for $10! Such a shame, because I used to recommend this place to everyone."

Additionally, when I ordered the Biscuits & Gravy Combo, the amount of gravy provided was less than a serving; it looked more like a garnish than a proper accompaniment.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability for mistakes. My complaints were largely ignored, which only added to my disappointment. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether; even local gas stations offer a better quality meal than what I've encountered here."
