I really enjoyed everything for the most part. The brisket was on a bed of fries but the fries were a little hard which I contributed to the traveling. Fries do not travel well as when they cool down the texture changes so I can't blame them too much for that. The Brisket was good but a little more fat still attached than what I'm use to.
