"As an indigenous Puerto Rican (Taino) + Nigerian I cannot express how much this food made me smile. The jerk chicken Jerk Chicken Dinner is phenomenal. I got the cassava bread and beans on the side with a Mango Passionfruit to drink.
The chicken was tender - fall off the bone, you were invited to the cookout where your uncles are battling against each other on the grill tender- then the jerk sauce... woooowie. Spicy but not overwhelming, just right. The juice balances it all excellently and the juice comes in a BUCKET. IM USING TWO ADULT HANDS. It's flavorful and not too sweet.
