"the Pork Ramen was not good. I am not far from this place, and so delivery didn't take long, but the noodles and toppings were all fused together and did not release properly even when I added the tonkotsu broth, which also did not taste good. For both the Pork Ramen and the Steamed Bun 1 PC (also pork), the pork was so overcooked that I struggled to bite through it. As such, the bun fell apart and did not taste good at all.
The Spicy Tuna Roll ( RAW ) tasted good, although it's not generally how I'm used to spicy tuna being prepared. the roll was flaccid and fell apart, which was annoying. The spice is bitter. but the pieces of fish are fresh and very generous.
The saving grace was the Hot Jasmine Green Milk Tea. it is exceptional. I got half sweet and am glad I did, as full sweet would have been too much.
