"I'm sorry but the choriqueso has a very weird flavor. It's not hot or milky like any other queso you get from a restaurant. It's hard and thick like it's been sitting out a minute. For the amount of money that I paid for that plate I was expecting something far better than what I had experienced today simply because the crabcake Poboy was about a 7.5 maybe a 6.5 out of 10, but you can't win them all my overall experience today I would have to say was a 4.5. "Three stars for flavor and portion size of the A19. Nachos Locos. If you get it, replace the steak as it's too chewy to enjoy. I had to spit out the steak pieces because they don't break down. I also do not recommend the pineapple Agua Frescas. It's grainy with a strange aftertaste. "

It is both light & fluffy but also sweet & salty with just enough of a hint of a butteriness- it is both FASCINATING & DELICIOUS.
