The Arroz Texano was great,the shrimp were a good size,the proteins on this dish were generous. I'd order it again but only if I could order with 2/3 less cheese sauce. Luckily i'm a small eater so when I reheat it I'm going to add rice. The rice was a surprisingly tiny proportion compared to the rest of the dish and odd since it's Mexican food. I added veggies as an extra in the Arroz Texano and it was a GREAT $ for an add on because there was a large portion and it cut some of the cheese sauce down.
I got a cheese Enchiladas ala carte just to try it and it was also very good. This restaurant knows how to flavor the food!
The Sopapilla were delish!!! I love my sweets and these were a treat! Crispy and cinnamony with a sugary crust. I'm going to have to learn how to make Sopapilla at home or order here more often!!!

Rice has a hint of saffron I think, idk it's bangin. Salad was a great pallette cleanser and the hummus and yoghurt(which had an amazing minty note) worked perfectly with the meat. "This place is still new as of writing, but I've now had it several times. The shining stars for me are the biyrani, which is fresh, aromatic and flavorful. I have only gotten the Paneer Biryani but it is a solid portion and loaded with paneer. The channa masala (which isnt on the menu anymore as of writing) was always top notch. Aloo Tikki Chaat is also a winner, I would order all these again. Some things are good, like the Goat Curry, though it is bone in and can be boney, the Paneer 65 and chili paneer are also decent. Not the best, but certainly acceptable. The lamb rogan josh is lacking and too sweet. The chicken vindaloo was disappointing, as it's my favorite dish. It lacked the depth of the aromatics and spice, light on potatoes and protein. There are some winners here, but also some losers. I'll keep trying occasionally but I always have a moment of hesitation. With it being new, I hope they find their footing."

Chicken Jhalfrezi had a nice sauce, and plenty of veg with large pieces of chicken.
Overall the only disappointment was the Naan, which was much closer to a thick Paratha, than any Naan I've ever had before ( across 5 continents, including the Indian sub- continent).
