"TheEdamame waa nice, decet portion. TheWonton in Chili Oil were really good and you can taste the spice, the order comes with 6 dumplings. The Black Dragon Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll were also fantastic always, very fresh. The Tonkotsu Ramen / 豚骨拉面 is another regular favorite of mine. I tried the Vermicelli Singapore Style, it was good and the portion is nice but it was on the salty side. Susuru is in the rotation and I would definitely order from the again."

For the Taro Milk Tea, I got a Medium with Lychee Jelly, Whole Milk, Less Sweet and Less Ice and it was perfect. The salt was so high, I'm hoping I don't have a stroke. Disgusting. Who is salting the food? They're using 6x normal amounts. Easily. As for the Takoyaki.... 9 dollars for 4 tako balls... Are we kidding. Regular orders, anywhere else, are always 8 balls. I could see 6 balls... Maybe, but 4?! I asked for extra okonomi sauce and mayo on them, in special Directions. Not a whole side of it, just some extra sauce splashed on top. Nuthin. There were maybe 5 bonito flakes Going to Osaka for them might be cheaper, definately better. "This was excellent quality! The 3. Rolly Kimbap was delicious and pretty, makes me excited to try the others. The 78. Kimchi Stew was a full quart and SO DELICIOUS, it had a gorgeous spice and heat to it with tofu and (I think pork, but very subtle and complimentary) I ordered it with the mixed grains which were a nutty, purple rice I believe. I'm not sure which dish had the accoutrements of pickled radish, jalapenos, potato and cauliflower? But I adored that too. My partner got the PORK CUTLET RICE TOWER which I think would've been better to eat on site. The fry got a little soft, but the cook was good and the avocado was fresh. However the rice underneath was very gummy. Happy with our dinner thank you!"

"The Chashu Don was perfectly made. the rice was sticky and well cooked. the pork was thin, tender and flavorful. The egg was the perfect jammy texture like a ramen egg. And the garnishes and sauce were the perfect enhancements to the flavor. The size of the meal is great portion for lunch for most I think and a decent sized dinner for someone who has a moderate apetite. Will order, again and again and again."

"Absolutely incredible Ramen. I've had the Tonkatsu twice in the past week because of how unbelievably delicious it was. Also the pork buns are fantastic. Lynbrook is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing restaurant! Ramen orders come with half a tea egg, a couple pieces of pork chashu (braised pork belly) and a bunch of veggies and mushroom. What an outstanding meal!"

And it taste pretty fresh as of my knowledge, and I would probably not order again due to the portion size. Here's a picture of my hand next to it for a reference."
