The one single tea took over 1/2 hour to compete AFTER the driver arrived there. The driver was very apologetic and informed me that the staff at Toppings were "standing around talking a lot"! After I hung up, I received a call back from them! The person asked if i just called and proceeded to tell me that they were very busy and they were all talking about an earlier power outage. The driver had already informed me that they did not appear to be busy but were standing around talking. The person who called also told me that the tea is supposed to taste like that, bitter. My daughter would not have ordered it if that was the way it was supposed to taste. Bottom line... horrible service... horrible product... and an invasive phone call.
