"We arrived and they had prepared the wrong menu items, once the fixed them we went on our way. Both salads ended up having the wrong toppings and dressings. My salad was supposed to have mixed greens and veggies as the base with steak on top and it came to me as a bowl full of lettuce with one whole carrot, 2 grape tomatoes, and 1/2 a thin slice of steak shaving on top. Very unimpressed"

"I'm glad I listened to the people who have given many, many great reviews to this place because it is incredible! I would order every single dish I got again. Everything arrived hot & incredibly fresh even though it took about 20 minutes or so for my order to arrive with stops along the way for my dasher. As other reviews have noted, they package the food in a reusable bag that helps retain heat, and the store waits to start cooking everything until the dasher is on the way. I particularly liked the C16. Beef with Broccoli - I upgraded my combo to include lo mein which was the right move. I added on fried rice to the (113) Small Boneless Spare Ribs which was another great move. Both items are so generously portioned that I'll probably be eating this for the next 2 days.
