Working in the food service my self, I understand that perfection is not always provided, so I'm chalking this experience as just one of those bad days in the kitchen. The $9 Caesar salad was not traditional as it had lettuce alternatives other than romaine which weren't great together and the dressing just tasted like a low store brand quality.
