I understand (and appreciate) that Arby's has the stickers on the food bags to ensure it's not tampered with, however it would be greatly appreciated if they had better quality control to ensure all items are accounted for, especially when customers are paying the added premium of meal delivery and the items can't be verified until after delivery is complete. "The red white and blue pancakes were fair to good. the fruit was fresh. the biscuits were so hard I couldn't even pierce them with a fork. you know it's a bad biscuit when it is covered in gravy and still can't be cut or pierced with a fork. the gravy was basically flour and water with a few sausage lumps. couldn't be eaten. the sausage links were good. the eggs tasted as if they had gone off so one bite was all I took of those. the lava cookie was so burnt the it couldn't be cut even with a knife much less a fork. you could smell the burnt right when the container was opened. the ice cream that came with it was about 2 TBSP. not kidding. for $5.39 I could have got a pint of good ice cream instead of 2 TBSP of mediocre. I can't imagine why they thought that what they sent out was fit for human consumption."
