"I tried the Dia Com Thit Rim va Rau on a whim. It was amazing. I had it with shrimp. It was unlike the usual restaurant food. I felt as if I was being treated to a dish reserved for family and friends. I grew up with a Jordanian friend whose family owned a restaurant. My best memories are of the dishes prepared for special occasions. The Dia Com Thit Rim va Rau was every bit as delicious as anything I had as a teenager. What a treat! The portion seemed to be rather large, but I ate the entire amount (I normally save some of an order for next day lunch). The ingredients were fresh and I could actually tell what each item was, which is to say that there wasn't any "mystery fillers". It came with sauce on the side, but it wasn't dry and had so much flavor, that I didn't even remember the sauce until I was finished. I would order this again. And more importantly, I will continue to try other unique offerings as this chef truly knows how to delight the palate. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
