They packaged everything with wasabi and ginger, though we were also happy we ordered extra side of ginger and side of wasabi just in case, but we didn't need them. Overal, it was really well made and packaged. They even labeled the rolls by writing on the clear plastic lids which they were, which was a great touch. Although tasty, the ITCHY SALMON was not worth the cost and was quite small, IMO. "
