"the carbonara is basically flavourless.. the ham/bacon needs to be cooked first and the sauce added to it to bring more flavour to the dish. I couldn't really taste any parmesan either. very Bland. I have gotten exquisite carbonara from Lume in Northam (before they changed chef and took it off the menu) and they only charged $18 for a slightly larger portion than this. please improve your recipe. carbonara has so much more potential than this. so disappointed that I spent so much money on this."
