"Roast beef was dried out and just looked old and not fresh at all. The sandwich was barely warm. If not for the Au jus, the sandwich would have been cold and flavorless. There was also hardly any roast beef or cheese on the sandwich which is unusual for Arby's. Asked for red onion on my sandwich. There was literally one piece and it was on one end of the sandwich so it was gone in the first bite. I paid extra for the added onion for extra flavor to the sandwich so that was very disappointing. Instead of marinara for my cheese sticks, I was given BBQ sauce. Someone was obviously not paying attention. I will think twice before ordering from Arby's again. I usually enjoy Arby's food but not today."
